Marcia Weinert: Undeniably Loopy
I am a knitwear designer who teaches handspinning, felting, knitting and crochet, both privately and at libraries, guilds and fiber festivals throughout the northeastern US. I am also a “roustabout” for shepherds looking for extra hands at shearing time, and love to teach skirting (both at no charge). While I do not shear sheep, I have trained as a shearer, and I am an ASI-certified wool classer. I also serve as a wool broker, purchasing local wool and designing/commissioning yarns from NYS fiber mills for hand dyers.
